Your Marvel's The Avengers: A Second Screen Experience app is in sync with your movie when the sync indicators on both screens match. Sync is lost when you forward, rewind, pause or select a different scene on your Blu-ray (unless you are using BD-Live, which reestablishes sync automatically).

As you check out a hotspot or gallery, the Timeline keeps track of your synced position. At the base of the timeline there are two indicators—one shows you where you are in the movie, and the other, where you are in the app. When you're done exploring, press the SYNC APP TO MOVIE button to bring you back in line with the movie. In BD-Live mode, you have two options—SYNC APP TO MOVIE or SYNC MOVIE TO APP.
